This was a special one.  My client who I sold this to a year ago lost his job due to Covid.  The plan was not to sell after only a year.  We discussed improvements that should be done in general when he purchased.  We got the home sell ready and went over my plan. The plan worked.  He trusted the process and we set him for success so he been can have a buffer until he locates his next career move.

Hope is not a strategy. I'm glad we got this done for him so he can relax and focus on his next steps!
