You ever have one of those deals where the further along you go, the further away you feel from actually closing?

Yeah... that was this one.

What started as a smooth ride for a first-time buyer suddenly hit turbulence in the 11th hour:  a surprise lawsuit in the building that made the original lender slam the brakes. No loan. No deal. Most would’ve called it game over.

But we pivoted. We renegotiated. We restructured the loan, scored a price reduction and additional credits to soften the impact.

We basically rebuilt this deal from the ground up — mid-flight.

To my incredible client — your resilience, trust, and grace throughout this process were nothing short of inspiring. It was an honor to guide you through your first home purchase, and I couldn’t be prouder of the result.

Some closings feel like a victory lap. This one felt like solving a Rubik’s Cube on a rollercoaster.
