SOLD SEPTEMBER 2020 - REPRESENTED SELLER
This was supposed to close last Friday to complete my trifecta last week. However 45 days past closing wasn't enough, it wanted to squeeze out a few more days.
So 2.5+ months later were officially closed. My clients were amazing given the circumstances. These delays are fuel for an already emotional process. The loan process was slow AF with all the refinancing due to insane rates, cut backs, and people working from home. They couldn't handle volumes so service got hammered.
As an agent you can't have your emotions affect the situation. You need to be the calming source and get things done. We lit a nice under the other sides cheeks the last week which helped push us through the bottleneck.
Importantly, I told my clients we will get this done, they had faith, and couldn't be more reasonable and understanding in the things we can't control!
I'm grateful they trusted me to get this done and am very happy they can now relax and move forward.
