This one was challenging! The loan took much longer (40 days past close date) as there were some hurdles, but I fought like hell for my client. I ensured the agent we'd close and we did. So happy for my client as he bought his first house! He was frustrated during the process, but I kept his focus on the goal, and he thanked me for that at lunch today! Who's next?
