Our position as agents is to be a Trusted Advisor to our  clients. We met the seller who has lived in this house for over 20 years. He is in the film industry and he and his partner are retiring in Palm Springs. 

We worked with him and he recognized our effort -as we pointed out blind spots in an earlier failed escrow. He told us they completely trust in us. That to me is what it’s all about…earning trust and holding up to those expectations.
