Probate sale during Covid was an interesting test of patience, especially after 2 botched escrow delays, and a proactive squatter! I. mean the dude started to gut the bathrooms and paint..Gotta respect that a little.
We stayed the course and got it done. Now my client will go in and work his magic! Very excited to see what he does!
