I can't tell you how happy I am for my clients on this one. A 12 month journey, 3 earlier homes that didn't work out during inspections and a lot of hunting in between. Buying a home is an emotional, matchmaking journey. For couples, it's not just one who has to love the home it's two. You've got to find the fit that covers both their needs. Home is the place you create your memories in. It needs to be special for you, and the process can't be forced.
