SOLD MARCH 2019- REPRESENTED BUYER

This is a special one! A good friend and half ironman teammate,  started dabbling in this journey a few years ago. Once she decided to take the homeowner plunge we got to work. I can't be more excited to see what she does to this home to make it her own. It's such a great house and yard, and negotiated an amazing deal!!! Also, this prime location to the new stadium will present some serious upside. I can't wait to update her quarterly on the homes value.
