There's nothing like the smell of new construction. Back in November 2017, I had the privilege of helping my clients find their first home at this hot new development in Harvard Heights. After enjoying the home for almost four years, they - like many couples and families during stay at home orders - wanted to upgrade. More space, a location that was closer to their family and more modern fixtures.  Not only did I find them their next new home,  I was able to sell this one and put some equity in their pockets.  I love having clients or life!
