OFF-MARKET! I was very excited to get this done for a great friend and client! Clients for life is what it's all about.

I sold this beautiful West LA home to my client 5 years ago in 2016 when he was working in Los Angeles. He had the pleasure of enjoying it whenever he came to town between his Seattle and Los Angeles commute. With new adventures around the corner, it was time to sell the home.

I was thrilled  to deliver a great return  when he was able to pocket over $200k in equity.  Sad to see him go, but glad I delivered for him!
