This was a 14 month journey with my amazing clients on a new construction. With low inventory I took the initiative to mail letters my clients target area. We found a property that was being built by a Development group who lived next door that wasn't on the market. We bought it during construction so they could make it their own. The benefit to that is they got it at last year's price at $3.6m where now they have a home that's worth $4.2m-$4.5m.
