It’s great to have a plan, and execute it well!  This was a great home with a great story. Pre-Covid, we put it on the market and had five offers. Then Covid hit, and the offer and two backups I had were instantly gone. We waffled a bit on the market and then leased it out with the plan to relist after the dust settled and the lease was up.

The house had amazing bones, was in great shape, but just needed an update with great staging to rebrand the home. My clients were hesitant at first but saw my vision and game plan as to how this would bring them a better ROI, and we were fully in.

The plan worked exactly how I laid it out, and we got an over-asking offer before it even went to market. I was grateful to have wonderful clients who knew I would deliver on this journey and get it done for them.
