OFF MARKET DEAL - REPRESENTED SELLER

Honored to represent the interest of the Pantages Theater who were owners of this historical gem.

This was a super challenging deal with enough counters to last the year. There were a lot of hurdles right up to closing, but we got it done.  

Another one to be very proud of. Where others who were not able to push this across the line,  we did. 

Congratulations to the Pantages team. They have had enough hurdles over the past 2 years and happy to get this one of the books for them!
