The Buyer is back on track and has expressed his desire to close. All parties are working towards the buyer receiving the "Clear to Close" CTC, later today or tomorrow at which point they will remove ALL contingencies and begin prepping for close. We are expecting by end of the week to closed. We will continue to work with the buyer, lender, and their agent to get this done for you.
