Hi Sage & Rebecca,


We had a showing for the purchase of your home last week, however the buyer decided not to move forward. Regarding the lease, we had several showings, and a few more who would like to view, however we have them on hold pending the resolution of the current applicant. We will draft the lease with your forms and send the package to you for review. Upon your approval , we will send to the applicant for their signatures and obtain the move-in funds. Once we have a fully executed lease agreement and funds we will order the de-stage of the home. Mike will head to the home to take pics of the door lock mechanism for your locksmith. We will ask our cleaning person to schedule the cleaning AFTER the staging has been removed and that the carpets are cleaned as well. we will keep you posted. 


Scott will be out of the office until Sunday July 7th, NOTHING will change, showings requests and calls will commence as normal. Scott will be available sparsely throughout this time, with limited responses.
