We had slow open house this Sunday, we had a total of four groups;  2 couples and a few neighbors. This was out of the price range for the couples, and the neighbors wanted to check out the home and they loved what you did! We will hold off on open houses this weekend and focus mainly on securing private showings. Feds are due to announce a rate drop, which we believe the market is waiting for, so that following weekend we hold an open house and aggressively market the new rates and how it affects your home and savings !
