The Buyer funded and completed all his paperwork last week, and we completed our walk through today. Escrow is expected to close in the next day or so. We will keep you posted on the official recordation and make sure everything runs smoothly. 

Friday-Sunday Scott will be out of the office, NOTHING will change, showings requests and calls will commence as normal. Scott will be available sparsely throughout this time, with limited responses.
